In this practical webinar, you'll learn strategies for leading change with confidence while supporting staff through periods of transition. Designed specifically for Head Start leaders, supervisors, managers, and emerging leaders, this session provides actionable tools you can immediately apply within your program to help your team adapt, remain resilient, and move forward together.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Understand the emotional and organizational impact of change.

  • Communicate change with clarity, transparency, and confidence.
  • Build trust and maintain employee engagement during times of transition.
  • Lead teams through uncertainty while fostering resilience and a positive workplace culture.
