Leading Change—Surviving Change is designed to help leaders guide their teams through uncertainty with greater confidence and clarity. This practical 60-minute training will explore strategies for maintaining stability, supporting staff, and keeping teams engaged during periods of change.

What is the refund policy?
This webinar follows Head Start California's standard event cancellation and refund policy.
- Full refund (less a $30 administrative fee): Cancellations received 30 or more days before the event.
- 50% refund: Cancellations received 15–29 days before the event.
- No refunds: Cancellations received 14 days or fewer before the event.
