All Head Start staff and parents are invited to join an impactful day at the State Capitol in Sacramento. No political expertise needed! This is your chance to tell your story, to help our state legislature understand the impact its actions have on our programs and the families we serve. We'll start the day off with a briefing on current issues in state legislation, then head to the Capitol to meet directly with our elected representatives. New to advocacy or need a refresher? We've got you covered - your registration also includes a virtual training session.
